Founded by emergency management professional and veteran Jena Gammon, Horizon Emergency Consulting was built on the belief that everyone deserves a clear, actionable plan for the unexpected.

Meet Our Founder

Jena Gammon, CEO & Founder, is a veteran, emergency management professional, government contractor, and active skydiver with extensive experience in preparedness, coordination, and incident response.

Jena served more than 10 years in the National Guard as a Military Police Officer, supporting Operation Enduring Freedom and responding to domestic emergencies including natural disasters and civil unrest. She also brings over 15 years of experience as an analyst, providing expertise in risk assessment, strategic planning, and operational coordination.

She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Emergency and Disaster Management and has completed professional training through FEMA, OSHA, the Department of Defense, and the American Red Cross.

As an active skydiver, Jena has witnessed firsthand the importance of preparation within high-risk environments, reinforcing her commitment to helping individuals and organizations build practical plans before emergencies occur.
